Welcome! We are so glad you stopped by to visit our church website and check out our faith community. A few things you need to know about us, we are an oversized family full of caring, loving, and fun people who love God a lot. We follow Jesus Christ and call Him our Lord and Savior, and we’d love to tell you more about Him.
We invite you to join us for Holy Week:
- Palm Sunday
Sunday, April 13, 11:30 am
To mark the beginning of Holy Week, our Sunday service will commemorate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem with a distribution and procession of palm branches, plus a baptism and special luncheon for one of our dear church members. - Maundy Thursday / Good Friday
Thursday, April 17, 7:00 pm
To experience the significance of the Last Supper, our Thursday evening service will offer moments of foot or hand washing, communion, and tasting or smelling vinegar, followed by a time of solemn reflection and remembrance of Jesus’ crucifixion. - Easter Sunday
Sunday, April 20, 11:30am
To celebrate the miracle of Jesus’ resurrection and the promise of eternal life, our Sunday service will feature joyful music, an uplifting message, and a real-life miracle testimony by a member of Placentia UMC.
